The Foodie House
The birth of The Foodie House dates back to the 1980s, following a road trip across Vietnam. Appreciating the popularity of Pho Bo on Vietnamese menu’s, The Foodie House, specialising in delicious Pho Bo, was opened in Thailand in 1983 and later in Sydney, Australia.
In 1999, The Foodie House evolved, diversifying the menu with the addition of namnoung, fresh roll, duck soup, pork roll and our famous crispy chicken and pork. The popularity of the new menu exceeded expectations, proving to be a loved choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. To meet the increasing demand, in 2000 a new restaurant was opened in Quakers Hill and later at Macquarie Centre, serving the popular dishes from our menu.
To this date, The Foodie House continues to offer quality food, including Pho Bo, and friendly service in a welcoming atmosphere. With the continued success of The Foodie House, our visition is to open more restaurants in Australia and around the world.
